We Listen
Our first step in creating a web site that pleases you is to
listen to your thoughts and ideas. We listen and learn about
your business and your Internet marketing objectives and goals.
We like to view other marketing materials to help us better
understand your "corporate culture" and create the image that
will project from your web site. Most companies strive to
achieve consistency between the web and their other marketing
materials.
We Create
Based upon the information we gather from our discussion with
you, we create some layouts, which will include the primary
graphic elements we intend to use on the site, including colors,
fonts, logos, etc. You will also be able to see the web site
structure as indicated on the navigation bar of the page.
You Approve
Once we have the prototype page completed, we send you the test
site web address so that you can view the prototype page online.
You provide us with feedback, and we listen to your comments.
Based upon your comments and suggestions, we modify the
prototype page and give you the opportunity to view the changes.
Upon your approval of the prototype page, you should forward to
us all the final textual and graphic content that you intend to
use on the web site.
We Develop
We develop the rest of the web site based upon the prototype
page design and the implied navigational structure. You supply
us with a list of keywords and key phrases for insertion into
the hidden metatags to optimize the web site for favorable
search engine placement. We notify you again when the test site
is completed, at which time you again review the site and make
any final adjustments.
What Next?
You can then decide if you would like us to host the site for
you, or whether you would like us to upload the files to another
server. We can also supply you with a CD of the web site files
for subsequent placement.
